After our first meeting with the Bankr. trustee, we were asked to provide more info.
We would like to withdraw our Bankr Chapter 7 at this point and possible file later or use a Chapter 13.
We are in CA. Are we able to personally withdraw even tho we have met with a trustee one time?

Hi susanmccaffrey!
Welcome to forums!
You will be able to dismiss your bankruptcy filing now if you do not want to continue with it. As Sunny has suggested, you need to contact your bankruptcy attorney and get his opinion in this regard. You can refile bankruptcy again once it is dismissed provided the court has not barred you from filing so.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
