I've been in my home less than a year. I suffered a loss of income for two months and my mortgage payments fell behind as well as my credit suffered. What is my solution to obtainin a loan to resolve my problem.
viola, you need to be in contact with your mortgage lender to apprise them of the situation, if you haven't already done so.
you may very well be able to make an arrangement that will allow you to get back on track in a short time. other lenders will not be as likely to work with you at this time, i suspect.

Hey Viola,
I also agree with G Mak :) You should get in touch with your lender and inform them of the situation. In regards to finding another loan. You should consult with a trusted loan consultant to view the details of your situation ans see if there are any available options for you. One of the I have run into, even with loan officers helping someone who eventualy became my client, is that too ofter people/homeowners are written off based on information they concluded rather than taking a look at the facts.
Best o' Luck

Great advice given. I was just going to say the same thing.
