30 day notice for lease

Posted on: 31st Dec, 2013 12:57 am
I live in an apartment without lease. I live on month to month basis. Will I be liable for giving a 30 day notice when I will be leaving the apartment?
As far as I know, you will have to provide the landlord with the 30 day lease and you are also liable for paying the rent for that month.

Hi Guest,

I agree with what Niicss has said. You will have to give the 30 days notice to the landlord in this regard.

Yes, you can give your landlord a notice of 30 days when you want to leave the apartment. Make sure you pay the rent for that month.
