Next month I am going to buy my land. Purchaser will give me cheque.So is this amount will be taxable??

confused to begin with, and then you say that "Purchaser will give me cheque."
if you are the purchaser, what's that mean? you're taking it out of your left pocket to put in your right pocket? from back to front or front to back?
your statement would have us believe that "the purchaser" is yet a different person. however, inasmuch as "i am going to buy my land" next month, that purchaser is you.
