403B loan

Posted on: 12th Feb, 2010 10:56 am
I recently took a 403B loan from my account I have with my employer. I am making automatic payments each month, and will for the next 3 years. Do I am going to file my Federal/State taxes soon and need to know do I list the loan from my 403B as income? I.e. do I pay taxes on that loan?
since it's a loan and you are repaying the loan, you are not going to have to concern yourself with claiming the money as income, nor will you have to pay taxes on the loan. if you wish, you can check with a tax advisor or the irs itself to get additional clarification.
