Can medicaid put a lein on property and not notify the owner. I was sent a letter of intent but nothing else and it been three years
Hi Yvonne,
The owner has to be informed before placing a lien on the property. The letter of intent may be the concerned notice for you. You should carefully read that letter.
Thanks

Hi Yvonne!
Welcome to the forums!
You can contact a real estate attorney and show him the letter. He will let you know whether or not it will be considered as a notice of intent.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
