Hello there... I rent a property. I have a month to month lease. My landlord keeps on increasing my rent. How often can he increase rent?

I agree with what Sara has said. As it is a month to month lease, the landlord can increase rent as per his or her wishes. You should immediately sign a rental agreement with the lender and fix a rental amount.
