Hello
New to this forum so please bear with me if I ask a stupid question. I own multiple residental properties here in Ca and Nv and wonder if I can reduce my insurance expense dealing with one company instead of three different insurance companies: State Farm, Allstate, CSE. Tired of getting this yearly "across the board" increase in fees for insurances. Was advised that a "blanket property insurance" policy would be better for me. Any info you can offer would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Bob

Welcome Deltabob,
As far as I know, blanket property insurance combines a number of separate property coverages and/or coverages at two or more locations for similar types of properties under a single combined limit of insurance. You can contact the local insurance companies and check out as to who can offer you with a blanket property insurance. Once you get this insurance, you won't have to deal with separate insurance companies for separate properties.
