I intend to buy house at auction. How do I get a mortgage
mortgages on property bought at auction
you can get the mortgage only if you follow all the basic formalities. i.e. steady income, good credit score.
i need to appreciate that by using the auction root you will get the property at very reasonable rate so the mortgage will be available only if you fulfill the above criterion about the credit score. :arrow:

You will have to pre-qualify for the mortgage first. Before approving the loan for you, the lender would check your credit and employment history.
