Hi there… I need to know what is meant by a corporate credit and who rates it?
Hi Nisni,
As far as I know, the credit issued strictly in the name of a corporation is known as corporate credit. It does not require any personal guarantees by officers or owners. Thus, it is very difficult to get unless you're a 100 million company. The rating for corporate credit is given by Dunn & Bradstreet.
Thanks,
Jerry
