My husband died and had credit card debt that I couldn't pay.
They have put this against my credit calling it co-debt. These were my husbands and in his name only. How can I get them removed?

you'll need to file disputes with the credit agencies, it appears. the creditor is not allowed to demand payment from you for any debt that is not yours, even though it may have belonged to your husband.
please keep in mind the federal trade commission in the event they continue to give you trouble. they'll assist you.

Fanny,
Get familiar with your rights as a consumer. You have the ability to dispute your debt. There are lawyers who specialize in this. Both you and your husband can do this. A good program will have your overall debt lowered and ,in some cases, removed from your credit history.
Good luck,
Mike
