how can i earn through mortgage????

Like one of your previous questions, this one is also not written in an understandable way. As far as I know, one cannot earn through mortgage. If you've taken a mortgage, then you will have to pay it off. If you don't, then the lender will foreclose the property. If that happens, then rather than earning from mortgage, you will have to pay off the deficient loan amount to the lender.
