I wanna to make return file for the past two consecutive finacial years ?
Is that possible?

IF Possible,please let me know what is way?
What are forms to submit for tax?

How do I know if I have to file quarterly individual estimated tax payments?

As far as I know, you'll be able to file returns for the past 2 years. In my opinion, you should contact a tax adviser on this regard and check out what needs to be done.
