I have a second property in a good neighborhood and now I want to give it on rent. How long will it take to find a tenant?

Finding a good tenant can be time consuming. You may have to wait for 1-3 months to get a tenant after you list the property in the market.

This is something that depends on a lot of factors actually. It can be time consuming, yes; again at the same time if you're lucky, then you might find a tenant soon enough.
