I want to hold my spot at an apartment so I signed three pages from the lease but there is no identification that it is mine or a security deposit but has my SSN. Is my lease binding yet? Can I still back out of the deal?
Any lease agreement is not binding unless you sign on the dotted lines. But as you have mentioned that you signed on the dotted lines, I guess the lease will now be considered as binding!

Niicss is right in saying so. In such a situation, it will be difficult for you to back out the deal. Nevertheless, you can still contact a real estate attorney and check out if he can tell you about some way out.
