Hi Sreng,

You can speak to the local investors in order to find out if they are interested in funding your project. If you satisfy the required criteria of the lender, then you will get the required loan.

Hi Stephen!

Welcome to forums!

You can contact the local lenders and apply for a property development loan. If you meet the required criteria of the lender as per your country standards, you'll get the mortgage.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.

hi ,i need loan $87000 at 3% for 25 years

Your request for a lender to grant you a 3% interest rate over a 25 year period is likely to be looked at askance. Mortgage rates are quite low, but not quite that low for the most part. Of course, you didn't say that you wanted a mortgage, but simply "loan."

You may or may not obtain what you want; part of the process is qualifying, which entails having sufficient income to prove that you are able to pay the loan back, adequate credit, etc.

Good luck.

Hi ehk,

Have you spoken to your local lenders regarding the loan? If not, then you should have a word with them. You can even speak to the lenders of this community and seek a no obligation free mortgage quote from them. They will help you know whether or not you can get a mortgage and what type of rates and terms you may qualify for.

Thanks

You will have to contact Hungary based lenders and check out if they can help you in this matter. They will check your financial situation and other details and let you know whether or not you can get a mortgage.

Hi ehk!

Welcome to forums!

Mortgage interest rate will depend upon the market. Moreover, if you have bad credit and various negative items on your credit report, then the lenders will charge you a higher interest rate. Also, you'll be liable for paying the closing costs while you take out the mortgage.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
