I would like to finance the purchase of a mobile home - stationary in a park.
My husband and I own our home, but I do not want to use this as collateral.
My annual salary is $60K. I have one credit card with less than $500 owed and one cell phone bill monthly.

Hi freddie!
Welcome to forums!
In order to get personal loan for your mobile home, you can contact the retailers who sell mobile homes. They generally offer personal loans. However, before approving the loan, they would check your income and credit score.
Feel free to ask if you have further queries.

freddie, i would think that's mostly correct - check with the sellers of mobile homes for loans. however, it wouldn't really be a personal loan, as they'd want to take security in the home you are purchasing. you need not use your existing home as collateral for such a loan. the mobile home industry has financing available.
