filed an insurance claim because of weather damages and have lived in home about two and a half years and never once had any problems with anything. The house was sold to me stating no damages to any part of the roof in my contract or walls or ceiling. The insurance is stating that the home is so old that the damages that i am claiming were affectied due to the weather were already there and will not be covered. what can i do?
Hi sandovalveronica,

You will have to check out your insurance docs carefully in order to find out the clauses in this regard. If the insurance docs mention that you won't be able to claim insurance benefits for damages made to the property due to to weather, then you can hardly do anything in this regard.

Thanks
