I have bought a mobile home. I need money to set it up. but i have no credit.
Brandi

You can alwsy apply for loan to get the work done

You need to show enough income so the lender is comfertable giving you the loan

Brandi welcome to mortgagefit..

I hope you should concentrate more on improving credit score rather than searching for a loan.If at all you want to repair it on immediate basis for the sake of selling it then i thing deal could be different and you may opt for the loan.
keep in touch....

Hi Brandi,

I think you should go for personal loan.

Have you check the possibilities of gettng loan from your local lenders?
Have you yet consult with local lender?

very odd...how did you find the funds to buy this home brandi?
Posted on: 26th Sep, 2009 10:01 am
george looks like full cash, but that my assumption
Posted on: 26th Sep, 2009 10:13 am
sure...that could be, but since she cites having "no credit" i guess i'd have to find it hard to believe that she was able to come up with the cash to buy it.

of course, we don't know what the price was...maybe it was an auctioned off home at $1. who knows?

Yep thats true

I thought when Brandi said "no credit" i was thinking no good credit report
Posted on: 26th Sep, 2009 10:20 am
i'd rather have none at all than to have poor credit.

Looks like you are online this weekend, normally i have not seen you online on weekends

That seems to be the case with most of the people who posts, but looks like they are happy with the answers

she may come back and check later, who knows?

anyway, with bad credit it does raise the question as to how she paid for the home...in some ways sI wish she'd come back just so I can find out more info!

many of these posts are not real situations but perhaps practice scenarios or made-up nonsense. i have no clue as to why anyone would waste their time making things up, but there are so many that seem to be heart-rending yet the original poster never shows up to elaborate or to give any finality to the situation.

if i were in the shape that's described by some and a lot of help was provided, i'd be sure to come back and say so. even in a case like this, with someone simply seeking some seemingly simplistic suggestions, someone should surmise success for the original poster and a response in kind.

wretched, i tried my best to continue that alliterative string, but i just couldn't come up with alternatives once i got past the the 11th "s."

i hope i've made someone's load a tad bit lighter, though.

11 is pretty impressive - meticulous word selection gmack.

I'm only mildly perturbed and the amount of superfluous material posted. Many posters seem almost apoplectic when they post which could explain the confusing posts.

I tend to try and look past the nonsensical and anomalous bits to the heart of the post, but perhaps it's in vain. More rumination is probably in order by some posters thats for sure.

blarg, feel like I just vomited a dictionary.

nevertheless, we do and can have a little fun up here on occasion. and we can and do actually provide some assistance for those who are sincere. forget the monetary thing (that's gravy); the meat of it is that someone's getting some reasonable advice and direction. hopefully, someone who may read one of these nonsense posts will receive a nugget in one of the responses.
