My friend has taken a property on lease and I have moved in with him. The lease is solely in the name of my friend. I don't like the area. So, can I move out of the property?
As the lease is solely in your friend's name, you are legally not liable for it. You can move out of the property as and when you feel like. However, it will be better if you could inform your friend before you leave the property.
Hi Guest,
Yes, you can move out of the house any time you feel like. But as Niicss has said, you will have to inform your friend about it.
Thanks
