I have been served with an eviction notice by my landlord as the agency did not pay him the rent that I paid them. I have already found a place to move. Do I need to again give the landlord 30 days notice?
You should at least contact the landlord and let him know that you have found another place to live. I do not think he will ask for a 30 days notice.
I would throw a fit and explain that you paid
Otherwise he may come after you for any damages - and the rent you already paid
