No we have no insurance or taxes in our loan. It goes up or down once a year .Whatever the prime rate is at that time. Hope it is low.

It is really hard when you are self employed, especially in this economy. Especially if you have a job that you can not work year round. what type of construction does your husband do? Is it work where he can work through out the winter months too. I have a brother who has a company that is excavation, it gets tough in the winter months for him. Then in the summer he don't have time for squat he is so busy, it is crazy. He can not afford to hire anyone to help him legally because of the cost of the insurance and other things that go a long with owning your own business. It is tough for the small business owner to survive.
