If a person is living in a home that is being up for sale but just has to pay the taxes does he have...I have a relivative living in a home by my passed away brother ,but he is only paying me taxes on it to cover them, is he entilted to anything after the land is sold?
If he does any repairs is he entilited to remburshment, even it is going to be sold as commerical
lj, i would have to think that you're accepting the payment of the taxes as a quasi-rent, is that right? if so, you'd not owe anything back unless you chose to.
