I need to know this as I don’t have much information… Is it possible to rent an apartment for any period of time or are some just for temporary stay?
Hi Guest,
It will be completely the discretion of the landlord and the agreement that you sign with him. The agreement will mention the time period for which you can rent the property.
Thanks

Hi Guest!
Welcome to the forums!
In the initial stages when you negotiate with a landlord for renting the property, both of you can decide as to how long you will be staying in the property. In case, you want to extend the rental agreement, you will speak to the landlord about that once the agreement expires. It will be discretion of the landlord whether or not he will extend the contract.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
