Hello there... I am here for my friend. There was a tree in the compound of his house. Now 2 days before there was 80mph winds in that area so the large tree in the compound was blown down and the power lines broke. Will he be responsible for repairing it?
As far as I can understand, it is the utility company who may be responsible for repairing the power lines.
