Violation of agreement

I rent an apartment and have also signed a lease agreement. The lease agreement states that the property will be occupied only by individuals specified in the agreement. Not more than 2 people can inhabit the room at any time. In case of assignment of lease, the owner’s approval is needed. Now I have many visitors at my rented apartment. The landlord has raised an objection that it is the violation of the agreement. Is it really so?
You have mentioned that your lease agreement states that at a given point of time, not more than 2 people can inhabit the property. Well, in that case, you will have to follow what your agreement states. If you go against the agreement, then the landlord may take actions against you.

Hi Baby,

I agree with the opinion of Niicss. If your lease agreement is written in such a way that it does not allow you to let visitors come to your rented apartment, then you will have to go with that agreement.

Thanks
