Where can I get a quitclaim form for the state of California to add my wife's name to the property
Hi heart4kids,
Welcome to our forum,
You can sign quite claim deed to add you wife's name on deed by contacting your local attorney to fill out it better. Notarize deed after signing in country records to make it validate.
Thanks & Regards,

Hi seralo,
If the property is solely yours, then you can sign a warranty deed (if the property is free and clear) and add your daughter's name to the property deed. Once you add her name to the property deed, she will have equal ownership rights on that property.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
