In California, can a bankruptcy wipe away a second loan whihc has filed a NOD and there is lien to...Onwer is current on 1st mortage, but has failed to pay second, second has filed NOD, and there is also a judgement lien on property.
Can bankruptcy clear away the 2nd and the judgement lien???

as far as i know, your second mortgage will be discharged when you file bankruptcy. not all judgment liens are discharged in bankruptcy. you need to consult your bankruptcy attorney and discuss the options with him.

my second mortgage have placed their name on my title, without my first mortgage knowing anything about it. also mailed me an unlawful detainer can they do this? and what should i do? please help!
