Can you be evicited if the house your renting is in a forcloser state?? I know what to do durning just a forcloser but not what to do if the mgmt company ..wants the rent money for ??? Since it hasn't been paid for since june of 2009. Mgmt company says owner is in a loan mod., and i told her no... The house is in default and is in forcloser..go look around on the sites.. Think the money is for her, she keep doing things late at night and hanging around the house and pounding on the door and ringing the bell..parking around the corner...she is a pain.. But i am right..i just need to know if she as a mgmt company can evict if the house is in forcloser..in sunny california?? Any infor will help..thanks =)
Welcome tazzz,
The lender may ask you to leave the property after the foreclosure sale has taken place. As the property is in foreclosure, you can make the payments to the lender rather than your landlord and stay put in the property. I would suggest you to have a word with the lender before leaving the property.
