Divorce is not finalized and pending and I live in California and B of A is the lender. My name is not on the mortgage but on the deed/title of the house. Notice of default has been given, after 90 days a notice of sale will be given and I would like to know if the lender will at that point allow me to make an offer on my house before house goes up for auction?
at what point can a person on the deed of trust make an offer on his/her home before the bank sells the house?
