Welcome Mike,
You will get a list of lenders here at http://www.mortgagefit.com/california/index.html . But I think if you mail Sam (Admin), that's much better. You will get his email address from http://www.mortgagefit.com/contactus/ .

When would you get a 100+ year mortgage?
I have heard of 99 year leases but not a mortgage. Do you know of any lenders that would do it?

Unfortunately there are no lenders offering a 100 year mortgage. The best you will find (at a decent rate) is a 40 year or interest only. If you are looking for the lowest payment, there are mortgages that allow you to defer some of the interest thus making the payment very low. You can check out loan programs at "www.mortgagelenders.us.com"
