Do you know of a mortgage insurance company that is insuring on a 704 credit score?...borrower is putting 10% down payment, property is in california.

Hi Guest

The borrower can contact any of the insurance companies offering private mortgage insurance in California. As far as I know, PMI will be available to the borrower.
