My mom wants to sell her house in the state of CA, however she does not want to wait for the whole process to leave. Can she sign me a power of attorney and I can sign on behalf of her once the house is sold and at the end of escrow? Or what do I need to do this?
Hi asiaactive,
Your mother can sign a power of attorney to you and you will have the rights to transfer the property to the new owner on her behalf at the time of the escrow closing.
Thanks

Hi asiaactive
Surely POA (Power of Attorney) can be used in this scenario.
