Many years ago I quitclaimed off the ownership of our house in California leaving my wife the sole owner of it. Now we want to quitclaim me back as an owner and also our adult daughter with us three being Joint Tenants with Right of Survivorship. As my wife (same one as before) is the sole owner does she quitclaim off, and then back on again as one of the three owners?
yes you will need to do quit claim deed and add your names to the property

Hi jeffheil,
Your wife can add you and your daughter to the property with the help of a quitclaim deed. Your wife will be the grantor of the property. Your daughter, wife and you would be mentioned as the grantee to the property. You can include the "Joint Tenants with Right of Survivorship" clause in the property deed.
Thanks
