Hello there. I need to know the statute of limitations on any kind of mortgage debt in California. Can anyone help?
As far as I know, the statute of limitations on mortgage debt in California is 4 years.

If your mortgage debt has crossed the SOL i.e of 4 years, you don't need to take any step towards that debt.
