To date, I do not have any debts that are within California's SOL. In fact, I only have 1 remaining debt with a CA and one paid debt that I was not smart enough to get a PFD remaining on my CR. Both fall off this year from my CR. What I am experiencing now is robo calls from ER Solutions, and collection letters from JCC Christensen and one from Capital Management. I have no clue why ER Solutions is calling me about, since it is always a robo call. Again, there are no debts that I am within SOL. JCC and Capital Management is trying to collect on two different debts that are NO LONGER on my CR (successfully disputed them with the CRA's) and are both 5 years passed SOL.

If the debt is passed SOL, then the creditor may call you for payments, but he can't take any legal actions against you in order to recover the debt payments. However, if they are not in your credit report any more, then you can send them a cease and desist letter and ask them to stop those robo calls.

You can even contact an attorney and take his opinion in order to know the steps to stop those robo calls from the CA. The attorney will let you know what legal actions you may take in order to get rid of these calls.
