I am an attorney (have been for 7 years) who owns his own law firm. I am looking to buy a house in Corona, California in the 500k range. Can put up to 30% down and will have reserves after that. I want a 30 year fixed loan. Anybody can help?
Thanks!
Thanks!
As I've mentioned earlier stated income loans are hardly available these days. You may check out with private investors in order to know whether or not they would be able to help you.
poldim, there are lenders in california who will do stated income loans. one, i believe, is in burbank and it is a banking institution, not only a lender.
i think your first best bet at this point is to simply do an internet search for "stated income loans in california" or something of the like.
perhaps others can chime in to provide you with some additional information.

how about great credit score 790 and 805. self employed and w2 couple have reserves but the self employed has lots of write off so its showing little income.
Is there a direct lender out there that will do stated income on 800k loan amt with 20% down on purchase?

i believe 30% down is the bare minimum for no-document loans, though there may be someone more liberal out there.
I'm looking for a Stated Income Mortgage. I have 15 days to find one.

Hi Dana!
Welcome to forums!
Most lenders have stopped giving stated income mortgages after the real estate crisis. However, there can be some lenders who can help you with such loans. You can contact the local lenders and apply for a stated income loan. They might help you know whether or not you can get a loan. This community has a large number of lenders and you can seek a no obligation free mortgage quote from them. This will help you know what type of rates and terms you might get.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.

Hi SeanLin,
There are hardly any lenders who can offer you a stated income loan in this market. Most lenders will want you to show income details before they approve you for a mortgage.
Thanks
