You will owner of property if your husband die that means Beneficiary ,
If he included your name in Beneficiary That is better , there is husbands name in title & you can't remove that without your husbands permission because if you try to do it Insurance Company will ask to your husband about that.
Thanks.

Hi Latha,
Do you mean to say your husband has established you as the beneficiary of his trust? Well, being the beneficiary does not mean that you are on the title as well. You can be the beneficiary without being on the title to the property. If you are the beneficiary, it means you will inherit the property after the death of the trustor.

Thank you all.
Thank you.
Hi
Jenkin's right. If you are the beneficiary, it is most likely that you're not included in the title. However being the beneficiary, you're entitled to a portion of the property after your husband's demise.
