deed transfer and chapter 13

I co-own my home with my 80 year old mother. We own the home outright as we paid off the mortgage several years ago. Unfortunately, my mother has amassed about $55,000 in credit card debt and was forced to file chapter 13 a few months ago. Now that she's filed chapter 13 and making her payments, can she transfer her portion of the house to me? If not, how soon can she transfer it?
As your mother has already filed Chapter 13, she won't be able to transfer the property to you know. She will have to wait till her bankruptcy filing gets discharged and then transfer the property to you.
