LOANPOINT USA TOOK FUNDS OUT OF MY BANK WHEN THEY DID NOT HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO DO SO. HOW DO i RECTIFY THIS?
whether they are TPA collection agency?? do they have debt validation letter?? make sure your bank might have some info pertaining to that.

indeed - we don't have anything to do with payday loans - lots to say, but not much that can be particularly helpful.
based on the posts we've seen here, it seems that these payday loan vendors don't provide any paperwork. or is that the borrowers just don't bother to pay attention?
