Is Novation (mortgage transfer) possible at Countrywide?

if anyone here works for countrywide, can i please ask you a confidential question? i need to transfer a mortgage through novation, is that possible with countrywide?

countrywide has been really great with me and so far it has never failed provide me with the service i needed! i really like them and i have faith that they will work with me again. but is novation possible?
