Has anyone dealt with Fidelity Mortgage Direct and their loan modification process. Has anyone lost money or been taken by this process?
No experience with them on the loan mod, but ask for everything in writing.
Do you have any experience with this company? Are they reputable?
Yes, I dealing with them now and has found out that all contact numbers given to me are now disconnected. My husband and I paid $1,499.00 up front for this process to begin and nothing has happened thus far.
be very wary about modification companies. way too many of them are scams. do not give them a large sum of money for services never rendered. you'll likely never see that money again. if anyone tells you something that seems far-fetched, run away. any promises that are too good to believe really are too good to believe. don't believe a word they say.
