I have flagstar and tried to do a financil hardship modification, i sent all my documents and received a letter in 2 days stating that they are unable to do the modification due to our payments are on time. I spoke with a representative and he stated that we have to be 90 days behind in order for them to help us. I have not made my house payment this monthe due to financial hardship. any advise?

Hi Guest,

As you are delinquent on your loan payments, you should contact your lender and apply for a loan modification now. Depending upon your present situation, the lender will let you know whether or not you would qualify for it.

Thanks
