Foundation Financial Group has contacted me about refinancing my home. Does anyone know anything about them? I have searched for several hours on the web and found that it is a legit company but I want to know if anyone has heard anything negative about them.
Your best bet is to apply for the loan.......Do not pay any application fee's up front......If they ask for one move on to a different lender or broker....Once you have applied they have three business days to send you a Good Faith Estimate.......Bring that information back here and post it along with the interest rate quoted and I can critique it for you....if it's a good deal you will know.....
Has anyone reading this had any negative experience with Foundation Financial?
checked their rate quote on website just based on credit score their rates are high.
Hi Dianenatale,
I have not heard any negative about Foundation Financial Group. So. I think you can go ahead with them.

foundation financial group, i haven't heard of them myself. it looks like foundation financial group calls people who have applied for a home loan and offers them a competing/better rate. i see several positive comments about foundation financial group and foundation financial group's rates and customer service.
i read that the company specializes in refinance, quick closings and a great rate. it also looks like foundation financial group is involved in the community, according to their website.
from what i see online i think foundation financial group's business model is unique. they only call on people who are qualified and shopping for a new/refinance home loan. then, foundation financial group, instead of spending money on advertising, it said online that they pass the savings to foundation financial group customers. that sounds good to me! some people have complained online about foundation financial group calling them unsolicited. i think those people are initially surprised and concerned. because foundation financial group doesn't advertise, people probably haven't heard of them. however, when you apply for a mortgage, it's generally public or available information. foundation financial group are probably just trying to give you a competitive price. so, once you look past that... it sounds good to me. their website is onlineffg dot com. take a look for yourself. foundation financial group has an a+ rating from the better business bureau. i'm sure that's not easy to do.
while i've never heard of foundation financial group until recently, i hope you found my reply helpful. :)
