I got a cash advance on 11/30/07 and the credit posted "Funding Payday Loans of Payday C. Since then every other week they have taken out $90 with the debit Debit Payday Loans of Payday D.
Does anyone know who this company is? Does anyone have an address or a phone number. I can't find a thing anywhere on them.
Thank you

Do you have the details how much was credited to your account? Is the same amount already withdrawn from your account?

how did you apply for the loan - with whom, where and how? you must have had enough information at that time to apply for this loan. did you simply pack it away for posterity?
perhaps approaching the bank would be the proper procedure.
this was from me...i had been timed out and didn't know it!

has anyone got a contact number. I cannot get the company to find out when they will stop taking out 90.00 each payperiod.
When you took out a loan from them, didn't they provide you with their details or other documents. You would get their contact details in the documents they had provided you in your e-mail.
slp...why don't you contact your bank and see who it is that is debiting your account for that $90? don't you have any paperwork indicating your loan and the details about it?
