Hi Mgbrown,
Welcome to the forum.
Geneva Roth is a loan shark company and they are known for their illegal activities only. It is their usual habit of charging money. Till now several people in this community have complained against them. Bit I really wonder how they carry on such activities even after so many complaints against them.
You should immediately try to contact them and if they do not respond, you can take legal action, if required, against them.

Brown, you must have mistaken Mortgagefit to be associated with this company, which is not so. This is a mortgage community forum for the site Mortgagefit.
To complain against Geneva Roth Cap you will have to contact representatives of that company.
