I received a loan of $300 and the company said that they will be taking out $90 every pay check till its paid off. Now, its been more than enough money they are taking out. So far its totalled up to $540 I know that I have to pay a interest fee and all but come on, $240 extra? When I get a loan from an outside agency like "Checks Cashed" they charge at least a $50-$100 charge, not $240. Is there a way I can call them up and find out what gives? Please help. I want to call my bank and cancel them taking money out, but I don't want a letter saying I owe more money to settle the account. Thank you.
Hi John,
This is a very bad company. Many people are complaining in similar lines to what you are now facing.
I would advise that you contact them and tell them to stop taking out any more money or you will complain to BBB and Attorney General's Office in your state against it.
This is their contact address:
Geneva Roth Ventures
P.O. Box 148
Shawnee Mission, KS 66201
800-351-8820 ext. 247
The ext. is for Trent Bradley Director of Fraud and Compliance
913-825-1200 (direct office number)

Or just put a hold or cancel your bank account. After all they are lready deducting more than they should. I think they can sue you if just suddenly made you bank account not available anymore.
I was going to call my bank to cancel any withdraw from this company, but I don't want to get sued. Can I still call my bank account to stop any transaction? the number you gave me is it the number for them or the BBB? thanks again for respond so quickly. I just can't stand the company taking out so much money, its almost doubled of what I've asked for.
Hi John,
You can surely ask your bank to guard your account from being garnished and at the same time file a complain against their illegal activities. The contact number of Genava Roth has been given by Miller and it is not the number of BBB. BBB is now also available online. You can contact them at:
BBBOnLine, Inc.
4200 Wilson Boulevard, 8th Floor
Arlington, VA 22203 USA
Tel: 703.276.0100
Fax: 703.525.8277
Online Privacy Dispute Resolution Intake Center: 703.247.9333
BTW, what do you mean when you say that you don't want to get sued by your bank? Please explain.

Hi,
The phone number of Geneva Roth is 800-351-8820.

I have not heard from geneva roth capital about my cash advance. Please help
Did you contact them? Just call them up at the number given by Michel in the above post.
DId you know evenif you cancel your account? Geneva Roth has a way of tracking your new account down where ever it is at and they debit that account. I think this is illegal because they are not taking it from the original account! SO even if you cancel that checking account some hoe these assholes have a system to tap into your new account, NO LIE! I think it is illegal though, you just have to keep fighting!
cly, you don't need to revert to name-calling in a vulgar manner.
has anyone ever considered these payday loans to be worthwhile?
