Is anybody actually filing complaints against Geneva Roth, and if so how are they still in business? I fell prey to their scam just a few weeks ago and I am currently on hold (have been for about an hour know) with them trying to get them to send me this "payoff" form they claim they've already sent. They keep debiting $90 every two weeks from my bank and all I want to do is pay it off! This is ridiculous. I just filed a complaint with BBB and will move on to AG next................again, how are they still able to do this if so many people are having this problem?
p.s. I'm in Oregon State, and if I'm correct the minimum loan time is 30 days, however Geneva is taking extension fees out every two weeks.

It is good that you have complained to BBB & will be contacting AG's Office. If people do start taking legal steps against this company, the situation will gradually improve. Not many people come forward, which is the reason they are able to continue such illegal activities.

Someone has to come forward and take legal steps against this company, then only they can be stopped. I am glad that you complained to BBB about them.
Hi Tmos,
Geneva Roth is a loan shark company. They are doing this type of scam for a long time. Till now many people has fallen under their trap. There are many community members who are under their scam and have complained to us. It is good that you've filed complained against them. But it is really wondering how they are still continuing these habits. I think you should contact an attorney asap so that he can take some necessary steps to prevent this.
