I have just received a Geneva Roth payday loan. Even though the last online communication I received from them stated that someone would contact me to complete the process - no one called or emailed, the money just showed up in my bank account. So I have no loan documents for this loan.
Wish I had read all the negative posts before getting it! But now after reading these negative comments, I want to pay off this loan immediately and hopefully avoid any additional costs. Any suggestions on the best method to do this so as not to get repeatedly charged for extension payments after the loan has been paid?

Hi dealynn,
In my opinion, first you should contact Geneva Roth and get the loan docs from them. The loan docs will state the terms and conditions of the loan and how you need to pay it back to them. Once you know it, you can accordingly pay the loan back to them. Try to pay back the loan as soon as possible as per the loan terms.
If you find that they are repeatedly charging your account, you can immediately contact the state attorney general and file a complaint and also close the bank account from which they are charging the money.
Thanks
