who is the lender for Homeq Servicing

Homeq servicing is a mortgage loan servicing company. I'm not sure who their investors are and I don't think you'll get that piece of information from Homeq servicing, if you call them.

If it is up for tax sale, then you will have to follow the rules and buy it during the tax sale. You can't buy the property in any other way.
